Anish Achuthan
Anish has been building fintech infrastructure for India since 2007 — three companies before Open, all in banking and payments. He leads Open's product, strategy, and bank relationships.
Mabel Chacko
Mabel runs Open's operations, regulatory affairs, and enterprise delivery. Her work with HDFC, Axis, and Axis built the playbook for Open's enterprise platform.
Ajeesh Achuthan
Ajeesh leads Open's engineering, infrastructure, and now AI agents. He architected the substrate that powers Smart Statement, Smart Ledger, and the agent stack.
Deena Jacob
Deena leads Open's finance, fundraising, and treasury. She's also Open's first internal customer — every Smart Ledger feature gets validated against her own books first.
