Is There A Free Trial Available?
Yes, all customers are enrolled into a 7-day free trial period upon sign-up. In this time, you have access to all of our features, including, connecting your bank accounts, syncing your accounting software, and making and collecting payments.
Can I Change My Plan After Subscription?
Our pricing plans are designed for specific payout and transaction volumes. At any point, if your transaction volumes exceed the limit of your current plan, you will be prompted to upgrade. Otherwise, the plan is locked in for 3 months, after which you can change it.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
To cancel your subscription, please notify us by sending an email to letstalk@open.money. At the time of cancellation, you will need to settle any outstanding dues, including applicable subscription and transaction fees, for the current month.
Is There A Minimum Subscription Or Commitment Period?
Our subscription plans have a lock in period of 3 months.
How Does Billing Work?
Once your subscription starts, you will receive monthly billing based on your transactions in the period.
Is GST Included In The Pricing?
The monthly/quarterly/annual subscription plans as well as the additional charges are all exclusive of GST
