How your team works today

Change any number. The defaults are typical assumptions for a mid-sized finance team, not measurements.

Assumptions behind the “with Open” numbers
min

With Open, a payout is approved in one place; no bank login, no re-keying.

%

Payouts you keep doing by hand are counted at the manual time.

With Open, each person signs in once a day instead of once per bank, statements arrive by themselves, and the payouts you run through Open are approved without visiting the bank’s portal.

Time you could get back

54 hours a month

That is 80% of the time you spend today, about 649 hours and ₹3,89,520 a year — roughly 0.3 full-time person.

Logging into bank portals26.4 h → 3.3 h
Payouts, start to finish26.7 h → 10.3 h
Fetching and uploading statements14.7 h → 0 h

Hours per month, today → with Open. Total 67.7 h → 13.6 h.

Today that is about 6,336 bank logins and OTPs a year.

Open connects your banks to your ERP, so your team stops logging in, downloading and re-keying.

An estimate from the numbers you enter, not a promise of results. Everything is calculated in your browser; nothing you type is sent anywhere.

FAQ

Questions about this tool

How is the time saved calculated?

Logins: people × banks × logins a day × working days × minutes per login. Payouts: payouts a month × minutes per payout. Statements: banks × working days × minutes per statement. With Open, each person signs in once a day instead of once per bank, the share of payouts you run through Open (70% by default) is approved without visiting the bank, and statements arrive by themselves. The difference is the time saved.

Where do the default numbers come from?

They are typical assumptions for a mid-sized finance team, not measurements from Open or from your company. Replace them with your own numbers: the result is only as good as the inputs.

Does this work if we pay vendors from our ERP?

Yes. With an ERP plugin, payments approved in your ERP are sent through Open and settled payments post back with their bank reference, so nobody re-keys a payout.

Is anything I enter stored or sent?

No. The calculation runs in your browser and nothing you type leaves it.
